4. Cancellations & Rebookings

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Cleaning Pros reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the service provided the client is informed.

The client must ensure that they have access to their home at the scheduled service time.

Customers should remove valuable or fragile items from the cleaning areas to avoid accidental damage.

Pets should be kept in a secure area during cleaning.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

We will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any issues, including re-cleaning if deemed necessary.

Refunds are granted by Cleaning Pros at its sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

7. Liability & Compensation

Cleaning Pros is insured for all damages caused by our team.

We are not responsible for any previous damage or wear and tear.

Customers must report all damages within 24 hours of service completion.

8. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Customer information will only be used for service-related purposes and will not be shared without your consent.
